Shipping & Delivery 

  • Delivery times can vary depending on your location within Australia. Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier, and we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. 

  • Most express orders are delivered within 2-4 business days, and standard within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping Fees 

  • Standard shipping costs $10 

  • Express shipping costs $15 

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $70 

Order confirmation and tracking 

  • Once your order has been placed, you will be unable to amend or cancel the order 

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed, and shipping confirmation and tracking details once it’s been shipped 

Returns and Refunds 

We do not accept returns.

We will provide you with a refund if:

  • The product received is materially defective or damaged 

  • The product received is not the item ordered 

To be eligible for a refund you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase 

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
